Drama

Twelve Bridges High School Drama is housed in a state of the art theater with cutting edge lights, sound, and brand new scene shop and facilities. In addition to offering three levels of classes as electives to the general population of students on campus, we produce two full productions every year.

For our first year, we combined with Lincoln High School to perform the Pulitzer Prize winning play “You Can’t Take It With You“ and this spring, TBHS students will again be working with LHS students on the spring musical “Bye Bye Birdie”.

Our District’s drama program has performed at the Lenaea Theater Festival, winning awards for acting and musical theater performance, has won and been nominated for multiple Elly awards from the Sacramento Area Regional Theater Alliance, and recently was awarded the Best of 2022 Award for Best Drama Schools in the Best of Lincoln awards.

Mr. Hank Florence leads the drama program and has many years of experience, including his own professional acting career.
